Why is fitness important?

It keeps you so energised , keeps disease free, happy from within and so much more. The benefits outweigh the one hour sweat you give.

That’s what fitness does to you!

It’s been too hectic of a few months, with all things happening at a fast pace and all at once.

How long can someone with narcissistic tendencies maintain a facade of fake love before their true self is revealed? Is there a specific trigger or amount of time that causes them to reveal their true nature?

But coming back to the question. I have always advocated to being active in any sphere - be it swimming , sports , yoga , gym or walk.

For overall well being of yourself - physically , mentally , spiritually.

As I mentioned. I have been really busy since months , I couldn’t follow my diet or exercise regime in a consistent manner which I like but still my body respected it and it still is the same with no side effects of sleepless nights, workload and personal obligations.
